Friendly staff, clean apartment with a great view, well-equipped kitchen, free beach chairs and bikes, fewer guests in September, great location.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing to complain about.

A hidden gem in the Panhandle!

The condo rental was spacious with large bedrooms and beautifully decorated. The best part was being right on the ocean and the pool was a great bonus. The resort is well-maintained and perfect for families with children. I loved the convenience of being able to walk or bike ride to dinner and other areas nearby. The location was excellent and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive.

Vacasa staff friendly and helpful

I had a wonderful time at this beachfront resort. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony with a great view of the ocean and pool. The location of the resort was perfect, as it was conveniently located within walking distance to the charming shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Parking and access to the hotel were easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary chair and umbrella at the beach, as well as the inclusion of bike rentals with our stay.

Nothing to fault.

The location of the resort is exceptional, surrounded by multi-million dollar beach homes in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The condo we stayed in was clean and spacious, with a great view of the ocean from the room and balcony. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and there was even a concert happening nearby. The pool was large and well-maintained, providing a great alternative to the beach.

The lack of an ice machine and the challenging stairs leading to the beach were minor inconveniences.

I recently stayed at a resort along 30A and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby towns like Destin and Panama City Beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was a joy to spend time there. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with no issues with appliances or cleanliness. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Additionally, there were great amenities available, such as a pool, hot tub, and even a bar/restaurant right on the property.

There were some minor issues with outdoor furniture and worn couches in the condo, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

As young families, we loved the friendly staff who provided 2 extra wristbands for beach access. Our apartment had a great view of the pool and partial ocean view. The room was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the included beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at High Pointe Resort in Panama City Beach. Our apartment had a great view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff at Vacasa was friendly and helpful when we needed additional wrist bands. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes. The location was perfect, right on the beach. a beautiful property with excellent amenities.
